We discuss contents of information quality of high college teachers and students＇ innovative ability and the relationship between them. We express the necessity of building information quality and the importance of it in cultivating students＇ innovative ability, analyse the role of information quality in cultivating students＇ innovative ability, explore the thinking and methods on how to enhance and promote information quality of high college teachers. The aim is to boost the creative thinking and innovative ability of high college teachers and students.
