从计算机专业就业难谈高校教育改革

Discussion on the Higher Education Reform by Employment Difficulties for Computer Majors

高校人才培养模式与社会用人需求脱节是造成目前计算机专业毕业生就业难的主要原因。从计算机专业教育的现状出发,针对创新型人才的培养要求,阐述高校计算机教育在人才培养模式、师资队伍建设和综合素质培养等方面的问题,并结合洛阳理工学院的办学条件和区域经济发展对计算机专业人才的需求状况,深入研究解决上述问题的具体措施。

At present, the undergraduate studying computer specialty has faced a continuously decreasing on employment rate. The most important reason is it comes apart between the talent-cultivation mode of university and the current demand for undergraduate at computer specialty. Based on the education situation of computer specialty and the requirement of cultivating innovative talents, we describe that computer education of universities must to solve these problems of the talents cultivating pattern, the construction of the teaching staff and the cultivation of comprehensive quality, etc.
