新型稀土铬锰硅孕育剂中稀土、铬、锰、硅的测定

摘要 通过选用最佳试验条件,建立用分光光度法测定稀土铬锰硅孕育剂中稀土和容量法测定稀土铬锰硅孕育剂中铬、锰、硅的联合测定方法。结果表明,在一定的酸度下稀土与偶氮氯膦Ⅲ生成蓝紫色络合物,最大吸收波长为660 nm,浓度在20 g/50 mL以内,符合朗伯-比尔定律,线性相关系数r=0.999 6,用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定锰和铬的指示剂为N-苯基邻氨基苯甲酸指示剂。以此方法标准加入测定回收率均大于98%,能满足实验室日常检测的需要。 Firstly the optimum conditions of experiment were selected.A new determination was established.It was a joint determination,rare earth in the new inoculation was determined by Spectrophotometry,and chromium,manganese,silicon in the new inoculation were determined by volumetric determination.A blue purple colored coordination complex of rare earth and chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ was formed under the certain acidity.Absorption maximum of the complex was found at the wavelength of 660nm,Lambert-Beer's law was kept in the range within 20 g of rare earth per 50mL of solution.Linear correlation coefficient r=0.999 6.Chromium and Manganese in the solution were titrated with standard of Fe(NH4)2(SO4)2,the indicator was N-phenylanthranilic acid.This determination is easy to operate,higher accuracy,it can meet the needs of the ordinary test.The results of the determinations were obtained by standard addition method,giving the values of recovery were more than 98%.
