摘要
用调整铁液碳含量并与冷铁配合应用的方法,可以补偿冷铁的不足,对于高牌号球墨铸铁提高铸件的致密性有益。考虑碳含量变化会对力学性能带来影响,其影响程度对实际应用具有参考价值,加入一定量的合金元素对于厚大件抑制石墨漂浮有益。
Through adjusting of the carbon content of liquid metal and combining with the chilling irons can compensate for lack of chilling irons,and it is helpful for high-grade ductile iron castings to improve the compactness.The present paper had taken into account of changes in the effects of carbon content on the mechanical properties,its results possess the reference value for practical application.Besides the addition of certain amount of alloying elements is useful for the suppression of graphite floating in thick or large sized castings.
