摘要
根据润磨机衬板使用的工作环境,分析其具体失效形式,通过优化衬板结构,采用改良型ZGMn13材质,并结合本单位的实际生产能力,充分挖掘材料的潜力。在工艺上采用消失模铸造,提高生产效率,合理利用铸造余热进行水韧处理,节约能源,大幅度地缩短生产周期。开发出的制作成本低、质量高、使用寿命长、能完全满足生产需要的新产品,提高了企业的内制能力,促进了企业的发展。
The specific failure model of back board is analyzed according to their working environment.The potential of materials can be trapped fully by optimizing the back board structure and using the modified alloy ZGMn13 in light of the actual production.In this study,the expendable pattern casting is adopted and the excess heat in the process was clever used in water toughening treatment,which saved energy and improved the production efficiency,significantly shortening the production cycle.We have developed a low cost,long life and high quality products that is able to fully meet the production needs,which improve capacity within the system and promote enterprise development.
