摘要
研究了中间体PPS(丙烷磺酸吡啶鎓盐)、PAP(丙氧基丙炔醇醚)、PDA(二乙基丙炔胺甲酸盐)对镀镍液分散能力和电流效率的影响;利用扫描电镜和电化学工作站对表面形貌和阴极极化曲线进行了研究。结果表明,含有PPS的镀液分散能力最好,含有PDA的镀液电流效率较高,加入PPS获得的镀层颗粒最小,含有PAP的镀液极化作用最大。
The effects of the intermediates of PPS,PAP and PDA on the properties of nickel electroplating solution and deposits in the throwing power and current efficiency were studied.The cathodic polarization curves and surface morphology were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and electrochemical work station.The results show that PPS has the best throwing power,PDA has the best current efficiency,PAP has the largest polarization,the smallest grain can be obtained from the bath containing PPS.
