摘要
目的：观察Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗太田痣的疗效。方法：采用Q开关Nd：YAG激光（1064 nm波长）对520例太田痣患者进行治疗,并分析其疗效。结果：520例患者经过1~6次治疗,痊愈364例,治愈率70.00%,总显效率85.96%,且疗效随治疗次数的增加而递增。无一例出现瘢痕。结论：Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗太田痣安全且疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of nevus of Ota treated with Q-switched Nd：YAG laser.Methods： 520 patients with nevus of Ota were underwent treatment with the Q-switched Nd： YAG laser.The therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results： After treated 1 to 6 times,364 cases（70.00%） were cured,and the total effective rate was 85.96%.The effects increased with the increasing number of treatment.No patient developed scar.Conclusion： The Q-switched Nd： YAG laser was proved to be safe and effective in treating nevus of Ota.
