摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的防治。方法:精细的手术操作、持续有效的负压引流、加压包扎、术后正确锻炼患肢等综合治疗。结果:160例女性乳腺癌,术后发生皮下积液有l3例,发生率8.1%。结论:正确放置引流管,保证引流通畅,术后正确锻炼患肢才能降低皮下积液的发生。
Objective： To explore the prevention and treatment of subcutaneous hydrops after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer.Methods： Careful operation,continuous negative pressure drainage,compression bandage,correct limb exercise comprehensive treatment were done.Results： In 160 cases of female mammary cancer,subcutaneous hydrops have 13 cases（8.1%）after surgery.Conclusion： Proper placed the tube,postoperative drainage unblocked and correct exercise limb could reduce subcutaneous hydrops.
