免疫细胞在乙肝肝硬化形成中的作用及研究进展

The role and progress of the immunocyte in the formation of liver cirrhosis with HBV

乙肝肝硬化是一种由乙肝病毒(HBV)介导的免疫相关性疾病。感染机体的HBV并不直接对肝细胞造成损伤,而是通过诱导机体的免疫反应间接损伤肝细胞,故免疫细胞在乙肝肝硬化的形成中发生一定的变化,既发挥着清除病毒的作用,同时又损伤肝细胞。本文综述了近年来免疫细胞在乙肝肝硬化形成中的作用及研究新进展。

Objective Liver cirrhosis with HBV is the immunity relevant disease which is induced by the hepatitis B virus（HBV）.HBV can not damage hepatic cell straightway,it damages mediately through HBV induced immunological reaction of organism, so the immunocytes have changed in the formation of liver cirrhosis with HBV.The immunocytes both can clean HBV and harm liver cell.This article reviews the changes of immunocytes and progresses in formation of liver cirrhosis with HBV.
