幽门螺杆菌感染的萎缩性胃炎和胃癌组织中MIF的表达

Expression of MIF in atrophic gastritis and gastric carcinoma with H.pylori

目的检测幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)阳性的萎缩性胃炎和胃癌组织中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macro-phage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)的表达,探讨MIF表达和H.pylori感染与萎缩性胃炎和胃癌发病机制的可能联系。方法收集萎缩性胃炎和胃癌组织各60例为实验组,正常胃黏膜25例为对照组,用快速尿素酶试验、Warthin-Starry银染色法和14C呼气试验检测两组患者的幽门螺杆菌感染,用免疫组化和原位杂交技术检测两组组织中MIF和MIF mRNA的表达。结果萎缩性胃炎H.pylori阳性41例,其中MIF和MIF mRNA表达阳性分别为38例和37例,阳性率分别为92.7%和90.2%。胃癌组织中H.pylori阳性55例,其中MIF和MIF mRNA表达阳性分别为52例和51例,阳性率分别为94.5%和92.7%,以上结果与对照组比较,存在显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论 MIF表达和H.pylori感染可能与萎缩性胃炎和胃癌的发生有一定的联系。

Objective To detect the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor（MIF） in atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer with Helicobacter pylori（H.pylori） positive and to investigate the possible relationship among the expression of MIF,infection of H.pylori and the pathogenesy of atrophic gastritis,gastric carcinoma.Methods Sixty cases of atrophic gastritis and sixty cases of gastric carcinoma were gathered as experiment group,and 25 cases of normal gastric mucosa were gathered as control group.H.pylori infection was determined by fast urea-enzyme test, Warthin-Starry test and 14C-breath test in experiment group and control group.Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were performed to test the expression of MIF and MIF mRNA in experiment group and control group.Results The expression of MIF and MIF mRNA were 38 cases and 37 cases in 41 cases of atrophic gastritis with H.pylori positive,respectively.Positive rates were 92.7% and 90.2%,respectively.The expression of MIF and MIF mRNA were 52 cases and 51 cases in 55 cases of gastric carcinoma with H.pylori positive,respectively.Positive rates were 94.5% and 92.7%,respectively.These results had the signifcent difference compared with control group（P0.001）.Conclusion These is a possible relationship among the expression of MIF,infection of H.pylori and the development of atrophic gastritis,gastric carcinoma.
