肢体残疾成人社会生活状况和心理健康的关系

Relationship between Social Support and Mental Health in the Physical Disabled Adults

对140例肢体残疾成人进行社会生活状况和心理健康状况的配对调查研究。结果：肢体残疾成人社会支持水平低于非残疾人，在人格特征方面情绪稳定性得分明显高于非残疾人，性格内外向得分明显低于非残疾人，表明肢体残疾成人具有内倾、情绪不稳定的人格特征；在心理健康方面，残疾人心理症状评分高于非残疾人。逐步回归和Logistic回归分析表明，影响残疾人心理健康的主要因素是人格，其次是残疾年限等。提示不良的生活环境和条件形成了残疾人人格特征以至心理健康水平的下降，这又从自身增加了改善生活环境条件和参与社会生活的困难。要使残疾人真正成为社会平等一员参与社会生活，除了要努力改善残疾人的社会生活状况和身体状况外，加强心理康复非常重要。

A 1: 1 matched study of social living status and mental health status in 140 physical disabled adults and 140 non-disabled persons was made. The results showed that in social support, the status of the disabled were worse than that of the non-disabled. In personality, the disabled had a higher scale in neuroticism and a lower scale in extrorision and introvision. The disabled had a personality of introvision and higher neuroticism. The global symptom scale of the disabled was higher than that of the non-disabled. The analysis of stepwise and logistic regression showed that the main factors affecting mental health of the disabled included personality, followed by the disabled duration.The study demonstrated that bad living condition formed personality of the disabled and a lower level in mental health, which added the difficulty in improving the living circumstances and joining social activity for the disabled themselves. In order to let the disabled be really equal in society, their living and physical conditions have to be im-proved. Their psychological rehabilitation is also very important.
