摘要
采用W/O/W型复乳制备聚原酸酯载甲氨喋呤(MTX)毫微囊微球,通过多种条件实验,制备了聚原酸酯载药毫微囊,并对药物体外释放动力学进行研究。结果表明有机溶剂组成、内部水相药物浓度、溶剂挥发温度等均对毫微囊的结构与性能产生影响,经优化所制备毫微囊粒径在500~800nm之间,药物包封率高。
Anticancer drug loaded poly (ortho esters) nanocapsules were prepared using a doubleemulsification/solvent evaporation technique. The release characters and the affect factors were studied. The POE nanocapsules were regular in morphology with a mean diameter of 500800nm. The drug loaded ratio was about 30%. By using certain mixture solvent, drug concentration and lower evaporation temperature, the satisfactory nanocapsules can be obtained.
