实验性犬SAH后CVS、脑水肿研究及刺五加的保护作用 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)、脑水肿的发生机制及刺五加对其的保护作用。方法采用二次注血法制作犬SAH模型,用DSA等方法动态观察了刺五加对犬SAH后CVS的脑血管口径大小的影响,用干湿法测定脑组织含水量变化。结果刺五加组在枕大池注血后7d脑血管口径显著大于单纯注血组(P<0.05),而脑组织含水量则显著低于单纯注血组(P<0.05)。结论刺五加可以抑制SAH所致的CVS,减轻脑水肿。 Objective To explore protective effects of Acanthopanax senticosus and mechanism of cerebral vascular spasm (CVS) induced by experemental SAH. Method Experemental SAH in dogs was made by injecting blood for tow times,CVS following SAH was researched by DSA and capacity in brain water on experemental dogs was measured by drywet method. HZResult The cerebral vascular bore in treated group by injecting Acanthopanax senticosus at seventh day after injecting blood was more enlarging and capacity of water in brain of experemental dogs lower than that in simple injecting blood ( P <0.05,respectively). Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus can control CVS and reduce brain edema induced by experemental SAH.
