信息技术的普及与发展使高校图书馆必须重新审视在传统作业形态下的用户服务方式。指出了现代信息技术的发展使读者服务工作面临挑战,探讨了为适应网络需要高校图书馆读者工作应采取的变革措施及在此过程中需要注意的问题。

The popularization and development of information technology make university library have to take a new look at the mode of service for readers under the traditional operation pattern.This paper points out the challenges brought about by the development of modern information technology to the service for readers,and probes into the reforms that university library should adopt in order to adapt to the demand of network and some problems needing attention in this process.
