This paper analyzes the present situation of university library,and puts forward some measures for improving the utilization effectiveness of university library from aspects of optimizing the collection structure and improving the service quality,optimizing library＇s reading environment,developing the reading-guidance,and carrying out the tracking studies on readers＇reading,etc.
