摘要
分析了国有大中型煤炭企业实行主辅分离、辅业改制的历史背景,探讨了推行企业内部模拟市场化管理的必要性,依据国家的有关政策,提出了辅业改制的具体办法和步骤。
This paper analyzes the historical background of the implementation of separating secondary lines of business from core business and turning secondary lines into independent companies in state-owned large and mediumsized coal enterprises,probes into the necessity of practicing the internal simulated market-oriented management of enterprise,and according to the national related policies,puts forward the concrete methods and ways for turning secondary lines into independent companies.
