摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加丁酸钾对泌乳母猪繁殖性能、血液生化指标及乳成分的影响。选用胎次、体况、预产期相近的56头PIC母猪,随机分成4个组(每组14个重复,每个重复1头猪),分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(对照)、0.075%、0.150%和0.300%丁酸钾的试验饲粮,试验从母猪妊娠第90天开始至泌乳第21天结束。结果表明:0.150%组泌乳8~14和1~21d的平均日采食量分别比对照组提高了18.50%、18.07%(P<0.05),比0.075%组提高了11.73%、12.21%(P<0.05),与0.300%组差异不显著(P>0.05);0.150%组仔猪平均日增重(210.23g/d)极显著高于对照组(177.66g/d)(P<0.01);泌乳第1天,0.150%组乳脂和乳蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);泌乳第14天,0.150%组乳脂和乳总固形物含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),乳糖和乳蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。泌乳第1天,0.150%组血浆葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量显著高于对照组和0.075%组(P<0.05),与0.300%组无显著差异(P>0.05);泌乳第1天、第14天和第21天血浆游离脂肪酸含量各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加丁酸钾可提高泌乳母猪采食量和仔猪日增重,改善乳品质。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary potassium butyrate supplementation on reproductive performance,blood biochemical indices and milk composition of lactating sows.Fifty-six PIC sows,with similar parity,body condition and expected date of delivery,were allocated into four groups with fourteen replicates,each replicate containing one sow.Sows were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0 (control),0.075%,0.150% and 0.300% potassium butyrate,respectively.The experiment was carried out from day 90 of pregnancy to day 21 of lactation.The results showed as follows:from day 8 to day 14,and day 1 to day 21 of lactation,average daily feed intake in the 0.150% group was increased by 18.50% and 18.07%,respectively,compared with the control group (P〈0.05) and increased by 11.73% and 12.21%,respectively,compared with the 0.075% group (P〈0.05),but there was no significant difference between 0.150% and 0.300% groups (P〉0.05).Average daily gain of piglets in the 0.150% group (210.23 g/d) was significantly higher than that in the control group (177.66 g/d) (P〈0.01 ).On day 1 of lactation,milk fat and milk protein contents in the 0.150% group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05).On day 14 of lactation,milk fat and milk total solid contents in the 0.150% group were significantly higher than those in other groups (P〈0.05),and milk lactose and milk protein contents in the 0.150% group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05).On day 1 of lactation,plasma glucose and triglyceride contents in the 0.150% group were significantly higher than those in control and 0.075% groups (P〈0.05),but there was no significant difference between 0.150% and 0.300% groups (P〉0.05).On day 1,14 and 21 of lactation,no significant differences were observed among the four groups on plasma free fatty acid content (P〉0.05).These results demonstrate that dietary potassium butyrate supplementation can enhance the feed intake of lactating sows and the average daily gain of piglets,and improve the milk composition of sows.
