摘要
白细胞浸润是缺血再灌流损害的重要机制之一。本文通过建立大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞再通模型,动态观察白细胞浸润程度与脑水肿的关系。结果提示,再灌流6h已有白细胞浸润,而此时脑水肿也出现。浸润高峰在24~36h,水肿高峰在12~48h,二者均在一周后恢复正常。它们之间具有很好的相关性。
Leukocytes infiltration play an important role in cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.The animal models of the reversible MCA occlusion were established,and the leukocytes infiltration and water content of brain were monitored.The results showed that leukocytes infiltration occurred after reperfusion 6 h.At the same time the water content also rose.The peak of infiltration occurred between 24~36h and the peak of edema between 12~48 h.Both of them recovered to normal level at the 7th day.The leukocytes infiltration showed linear correlation with the development of edema.
