齐墩果酸对肝DNA和蛋白质合成速率的影响

The Effects of OLA on the Synthetic Rate of DNA and Protein in Hepatocytes of Mice

采用原代培养的小鼠肝细胞，以３Ｈ－胸腺嘧啶（３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ）和３Ｈ－亮氨酸（３Ｈ－Ｌｅｕｃｉｎｅ）掺入的方法，研究齐墩果酸（ＯＬＡ）预处理小鼠肝细胞ＤＮＡ和蛋白质合成速率的影响。结果发现，经ＯＬＡ预处理后的小鼠，其肝细胞ＤＮＡ和蛋白质合成速率明显增加。提示ＯＬＡ经体内代谢后，能提高肝细胞ＤＮＡ和蛋白质的合成。

The methods of 3 H-TdR and 3 H-Leucine incorporation were used to observe the effects on the synthetic rate of DNA and protein in primary cultured hepatocytes of mice pretreated by OLA. After pretreating in vivo with OLA, the hepatocytes showed an obvious increase of synthetic rate of DNA and protein. The results suggest that OLA can promote the synthesis of DNA and protein in hepatocytes after being metabolized in the intact body.
