摘要
本文介绍了一种基于MiniARM的多路温度过程测控仪。测控仪以内含ARM7处理器的MiniARM工控板为硬件核心,通过单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20对多路温度进行测量,经过控制器模糊PID运算处理后,设置并启动软件定时器,采用光耦TLP521隔离输出控制信号,控制电磁阀通断,实现温度的自动检测与控制。与传统的模拟多路温控仪相比,本仪表硬件组成简捷、高效,抗干扰能力也更强。
An instrument used for multi-channel temperature process measurement and control was introduced. The instrument adopted industrial control board-MiniARM (ARM7 processor inside) as the hardware core unit. The multi-channel temperature signls are sent to the MCU by 1-wire digital temperature sensor DS18B20, and after Fuzzy-PID controller operation, set and start the software timer ,the output signals control the electromagnetic valves independently through optocoupler TLP521, and the automatic measurement and control of temperature are realized. Compared with analog temperature controller, this hardware system is simple, efficient, and stronger anti-interference capability.
