Design of Remote Video Monitoring System Base on ARM

在ARM微处理器平台上移植嵌入式Linux操作系统,完成视频采集任务,并以服务器方式将图像发送到网络,从而实现远程监控。系统以ARM9微处理器AT91RM9200为主处理器,采用普通USB摄像头作为图像采集设备,构建了一种可靠性好、价格低廉和使用方便的网络视频监控系统。

Remote video monitoring system is implemented in the way of transplanting of embedded Linux operate system on ARM microprocessor, accomplishing video acquisition and sending the video information to the internet as the server. The monitoring system adopts AT91RM9200 as the main microprocessor and normal USB webcam as the video capture device. The method introduced builds a kind of remote video monitoring system with the advantage of reliability, low cost and convenience.
