摘要
为解决指针式仪表的检定和已有检定设备占据空间的较大的问题,本文研究实现一种由常见芯片和器件搭建的指针式电压表检定装置系统。本文着重于根据目标设计装置系统,硬件上处理控制系统是以TMS320VC5416 DSP芯片为核心,配以适合于待检表盘的图像处理算法,经实验数据证明,该装置达到指定精度范围内要求的机器检表任务,可改善仪表检定系统的庞大和复杂应用。
To solve the problem of detection of analog measuring instruments and large room the current detective equipment takes, this paper has research of design a voltage indicator detecting instrument system composed by the usual chips and devices, and mainly concentrates on the instrument system design according to the specific object, the core of the process -control system is TMS320VC5416 DSP which is assisted by the image processing algorithm fit for the dial, from the experimental data, it is proved that the equipment meet the specified precision requirement detection task, and it is on the chance of improving applications of the large and complex system.
