摘要
将光源、P偏振器,透镜、棱镜等组成的光学系统配制到MPF-44荧光分光光度计上,将其改装成一套变波长定角度的表面等离子激元共振(SPR)生物化学传感器,并用来测试偶氮苯分子有序膜的SPR谱图。将结果与东南大学研制的变角度定波长的SPR传感器测试结果相比,其相对误差(RSD)≤10%。并对不同浓度的葡萄糖溶液作SPR谱测试。
A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biochemical and chemical sensor with fired angle and modulate wavelength of incidence light has been developed on the basis of MPF-44 fluorospectrophotometer equipped with light source, polarizer, lens and prism. It was used to the SPR spectrography of ordered liquid crystalline azobenzene polymers films, RSD was about 1.0% compared with the results from SPR sensor with fixed wavelength developed by south-east university SPR spectrographys of glucose solution of different concentrations of were obtained, The relationship among concentration, reflection intensity and wavelength is qualitatively analyzed.
