摘要
检测设备的多样性和检测项目次序的不确定性,是实现汽车安全性能通用检测系统的两大难点。采用面向对象技术对检测设备和检测项目进行抽象,并在此基础上构建了一个汽车安全性能通用检测系统。该系统能够支持不同的检测设备与项目之间的动态映射,以及检测项目次序的动态定义。论文中给出了实现系统通用性的关键技术和构建方法。实际应用表明,该通用检测系统易于实现、升级、维护,能很好地适应不同的检测线。
The variety of inspecting equipments and the uncertain order of the inspecting items, is the two difficult aspects in the implementation of general motor vehicles safety performance inspecting system. Using Object-Oriented technique to abstract inspection equipments and inspection items, and on this basis, it is built a general inspection system. This system can support dynamic mapping of inspecting equipments and items, dynamic definition of the order of inspecting items. It is introduced the key techniques and construction method in implementing the general system. The actual application shows that the general system is easy to implement, upgrade and maintain. It can be adopted in different inspection line.
