摘要
采用CFX软件对某旋风分离器内的三维气固两相流场进行数值模拟。气相采用四种湍流模型,颗粒相采用拉格朗日坐标下的随机轨道模型。计算结果与实验值进行对比,并考察不同操作因素对旋风分离器分离性能的影响。对比计算结果说明:SSG模型的计算结果较为合理,且旋风分离器的分离性能对操作条件的变化响应及时;基于CFX软件的模拟计算能够较为准确的预测旋风分离器内的流动情况,为开发和设计适宜的旋风分离器提供了一定的技术参考。
Computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate the three—dimensional gassolid turbulent flow of a certain cyclone separator with CFX code.Four turbulent models are applied in gas phase calculation.The particle stochastic trajectory model in Lagrange coordinate system is used to predict the solid phase. By comparing the separation performance obtained from simulation and experiment on different factors.The gas flow results of SSG model are comparatively reasonable.The separation performance of the cyclone separator responds sensitively to the changes of operation condition. The simulation based on CFX code can precisely predict the flow condition in the cyclone separator and provides technical reference for the development and design of cyclone separator.
