摘要
以某装置中反应器为例,探讨了在高温工况下,设备设计过程中不应忽略的几个要点。根据操作工况循环次数,作疲劳分析。阐述高温对设备的影响,对比分析在高温工况下选择不同的设备材料、垫片的可行性和合理性。在内件结构以及安装使用方面,也提出了合理的设计方案。
This paper discusses some key points in designing reactors under the operating mode of high temperature.Fatigue analysis should be carried out according to the life cycle under different operation conditions.The paper analyses the influence of high temperature on the equipment. It makes a comparative analysis on the feasibility and rationality of the selection of equipments and materials and gaskets.It also brings forward some reasonable design proposals for the internals structure and proper advice for installation.
