预应力管壳式换热器制造新技术研究

STUDY ON NOVEL TECHNOLOGY OF PRESTRESSED SHELL-AND-TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER MANUFACTURE

介绍了国外预应力管壳式换热器制造方面的研究和发展情况。在预应力管壳式换热器的制造中,预应力的确定是技术关键,基于COMOSWORKS有限元分析软件,介绍了预应力仿真分析方法,提出了预应力管壳式换热器制造新技术。

The research and development of international technologies for prestressed shell—and—tube heat exchangers manufacture are reviewed in this paper.To confirm the prestress is the key technology during the manufacture process of the prestressed shell—and—tube heat exchanger.Based on the COMOWORKS finite element module,the simulation analysis method is introduced and a new procedure for prestressed shell—and—tube heat exchanger manufacture is presented.
