介绍了反应釜的制造工艺。该反应釜封头上有中心凸缘和用于安装5组内件的接管,其相对位置集中,焊缝密集且焊接工作量大,焊接变形很难控制;而且5组接管法兰密封面的平面度、垂直度和相对位置的精度要求较高。在制造过程中,采取严格控制焊接热输入量、刚性固定及锤击法消除残余应力等措施,达到了减小焊接变形、稳定各构件几何尺寸的目的,满足了设计要求。
The key part in manufacturing butyl rubber polymerization reactor is the welding of the head components.Center flanges and the surrounding six groups of bundles constitute the head.The positions of flanges and the six groups of tubes are comparatively concentrated,which causes problems such as heavy welding workload,concentrated welding heat,great welding stress and large welding distortion amount.If the welding measures are improper, it is hard to ensure the concentricity and parallelism of upper and lower flanges and the six groups of tubes.According to the welding difficulties, this paper discusses how to control welding distortion and stabilize geometry by the reduction of heat input,rigid fixing and elimination of residual stress.Meanwhile,it also puts forward problems that should be noticed in the later construction.
