摘要 介绍催化加氢制备对苯二胺的方法,以非晶态镍作为加氢催化剂、甲醇作为溶剂,优化后反应温度为100℃、反应压力为0.8 MPa,加氢转化率达99.6%,产品质量分数为99.5%,使用锌粉作为抗氧剂,产品密闭存放30天不变色。 A method of p-phenylenediamine preparation by catalytic hydrogenation was introduced. This method used amorphous nickel as the hydrogenation catalyst and methanol as reaction solvent, under optimized conditions of reaction temperature 100℃ and pressure 0.8 MPa, the hydrogenation conversion is 99.6% and the product concentration (wt) is 99.5%. The color of product filled with zinc powder antioxidant does not change after close storage for 30 days.
