摘要
目的:研究渭良伤科超微粉巴布膏的抗炎、镇痛、活血化瘀作用。方法:采用大鼠足趾肿胀法及小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察其抗炎作用;采用热板法和扭体法观察其镇痛作用;采用重力致大鼠大腿损伤法评价其活血化瘀作用。结果:渭良伤科超微粉巴布膏能显著抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀,明显减轻二甲苯对小鼠耳廓肿胀;能延长小鼠的痛阈值,对抗热板法和醋酸法刺激性疼痛,提高小鼠的镇痛能力;并能有效缓解重力所致大鼠腿部损伤的瘀血、紫斑及水肿现象。结论:渭良伤科超微粉巴布膏与原剂型相比,对实验动物模型具有更明显的抗炎、镇痛和活血化瘀作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of anti-inflammation, analgesia, the activing of blood and reducing the block of blood of weiliang shangke submieron powder cataplasmata. Method: The ear sheet weight was estimated by causing mice ear concha inflammation with dimethlybenzene, and the rat toe swell was caused by cape fork vegetable. The anti-inflammation and analgesia effects were observed by determining mice pain limen with heat-plate method and body-writhing method. The effect of activing blood and reducing the blood block were observed by causing mice infraskin hemorrhagic ecchymosis with the sravity force damage method. Result: The inflammated mice ear sheet weight and the inflammated rat toe swell were relieved by weiliang shangke submicron powder cataplasmata. It could highly prolong the mice pain limen by two above mentioned methods, and had better effects to mice swelling blood locus by gravity force damage. Conclusion: Weiliang shangke submicron powder cataplasmata has effects of anti-inflammation, analgesia and the activation of blood.
