卡托普利片的热特征分析

Analysis of Thermal Behaviour for Captopril Tablets

目的:观察卡托普利片的热特征,并考察不同生产企业的辅料相容性。方法:利用热分析技术中的差示扫描量热法(DSC)对卡托普利片进行热特征分析。结果:国内不同生产企业生产的卡托普利片热特征图谱不同,所用辅料对原料影响较大。结论:该分析方法简便、快捷,可有效的测定卡托普利片中卡托普利的晶型并进行辅料相容性考察。

Objective： To investigate the thermal behavianr and compatibility of accessory in captopril tablets. Method： The thermal property of eaptopril tablets was analyzed by differentical scanning calorimetry （DSC）. Result： The diagram of DSC curves of captopril tablets made in China showed different, and accessory had remarkable influence on material. Conclusion： DSC method is simple, rapid and can be applied to determination of captopril polymorphism in captopril tablets and inspection of compatibility of accessory.
