正交试验法优选清喉利咽口服液提取工艺

Optimization of Extraction Technology for Qinghou Liyan Oral Liquids by Orthogonal Design

目的:优选清喉利咽口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和绿原酸提取率为评价指标,以高效液相色谱法测定含量,采用正交试验考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对提取效果的影响。结果:清喉利咽口服液最佳提取工艺的影响为:煎煮3次,第一次加12倍量水,第二、三次分别加10倍量水,第一次煎煮1.5 h,第二、三分别煎煮1 h。结论:该提取工艺设计合理,结果可靠,提取效果较好。

Objective ： To optimize the extraction technology of qinghou liyan oral liquids. Method ： HPLC was used to analyze the content of chlorogenic acid, and the orthogonl experimental design was introduced to optimize the conditions of the water extrction tech： nology. The experiment involved three factors, amount of water, boiling time, and times of boiling. Result： The best extraction technology was that boiling 3 times, 1 st time boiling 1.5 hours with 12 times amount of water,2nd and 3rd boiling 1 hours with 10 times amount of water. Conclusion： The process is simple, reasonable and relialbe.
