摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定小儿消积止咳口服液中辛弗林的含量。方法:色谱柱:Hypersil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-甲醇-水(取磷酸二氢钾0.6 g,十二烷基磺酸钠1.0 g,冰醋酸1 ml,加水溶解并稀释至1 000 m1)(13:35:42),流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:224 nm。结果:辛弗林在0.191~0.956μg范围内线性关系(r=0.999 9)良好,平均回收率为99.4%(n=9),RSD=1.1%。结论:该方法稳定,专属性强,重复性好,可用于测定小儿消积止咳口服液中辛弗林的含量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of synephrin in xiaoerxiaojizhike oral liquid. Method: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Hypersil C18 column (250 mm ×4.6mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile -methanol-water (contained 0. 6 g potassium dlhydrogen phosphate, 1.0 g sodium dodeeyl sulfonate, 1 ml acetic acid glacial in 1 000 ml water) ( 13: 35: 42) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 ,and the detection wavelength was set at 224 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 191-0. 956 μg (r =0.999 9) for synephrin. The average recovery was 99. 4% with RSD of 1.1% (n =9). Conclusion: This method is steady,specific, reproducible, and suitable for determination of synephrin in xiaoerxiaojizhike oral liquid.
