摘要
目的:设计乳酸依沙吖啶凝胶处方,并进行质量控制。方法:以卡波姆-940、甘油为主要辅料,三乙醇胺调节pH,制备乳酸依沙吖啶凝胶,用高效液相色谱法定其含量,并于25℃留样观察其稳定性。结果:所得凝胶质量稳定,含量准确。结论:该凝胶制剂处方简单,质量可控。
Objective ： To design the prescription of the gel, and control its quality. Method： Carbomer-940 and glycerol was used as the main adjuvant to prepare the gel, triethanolamine was used to regulate pH, the content was determined by HPLC, and the gel was storaged in 25 ℃ to study the stability. Result： The quality of the gel was stable,the content of the gel was accurate. Conclusion： The preparation is convenient and quality control is reliable.
