摘要
通过玉树抗震救灾医学救援实践,从卫勤组织指挥、构建救援体系、协同联合保障、统筹使用力量、应急药材供应等方面,总结研究军队卫勤力量参加自然灾害医学救援的体会和做法,对提高军队卫勤力量在执行高原等特殊环境中非战争军事行动任务能力进行思考。
According to the practice of medical rescue in Yushu earthquake,the author summarized the experience in military heath service command,rescue system establishing,coordinated joint support,health strength planning and using,as well as emergent medicinal materials supply.All these reflections and experiences would be beneficial to improve the capability of military health service in high altitude environments.
