临床路径在疗养院医疗质量管理中的应用

Application of Clinical Pathway in Medical Quality Management of Sanatorium

总结临床路径的内涵、特点及发展现状,分析了4 450例疗养员的医护质量、疗养费用支出,论证了临床路径在军队疗养院实施的可行性。高血压、糖尿病、冠心病实施临床路径后,达到了合理使用经费,有效提高医护理质量及疗养员满意度。实施临床路径是军队疗养院高效节流,提高疗养、护理质量的可行性管理方法之一。

The author summarized the connotation,characteristics and current status of clinical pathway,demonstrated the feasibility of implementation of clinical pathway in military sanatorium.Based on the analysis of health care quality of 4450 convalescent cases,it is showed that when hypertension,diabetes,as well as coronary disease were suitable the clinical pathway.Reasonable uses of funds were achieved,and health care quality and convalescent＇s satisfaction were improved.It was proved that the implementation of clinical pathways was an effective methods for military sanatorium to reduce expenses,improve the efficiency and health care quality.
