摘要
随着医疗改革的不断深入,对医院管理水平的要求也随之提高。行政值班作为医院管理中不可或缺的一个重要环节,面临着不断改变旧模式、适应新形势的境遇。本文通过对某医院不同人群进行问卷调查与分析,探讨行政值班工作改进过程中所面临的主要问题和解决途径,为完善医院管理提供参考与借鉴。
Along with the medical reform,hospital managers have to improve management level.Administrative duty as an important link of hospital management,should change old mode and adapt new circumstance.Based on questionnaires and analysis,the article discussed the main problems and solving approaches of administrative duty to perfect the management of hospital.
