Trend Analysis of Medical Accident Dispute Mention Technical Expertise

目的探索医疗事故争议提起鉴定的趋势及其规律,为医疗事故争议防范提供参考。方法应用回顾性调查方法,对兰州市医学会医疗事故鉴定办公室2003—2009年度受理的235例医疗事故争议案例进行分析。结果医疗事故争议提起技术鉴定的趋势分别与成长体验、认识程度、伤害程度、期望程度和处理效率有关。结论医疗事故争议提起技术鉴定的趋势与成长体验、认识程度呈负相关,与伤害程度、期望程度和处理效率呈正相关。

Objective To explore the trend of medical accident dispute mention technical and the rules to prevent medical dispute occurs.Methods Using retrospective investigation,we exploratory analyzed 235 cases of medical accident dispute,which have been accepted by the office of Lanzhou medical societies medical accident identification between the year 2003 and 2009.Results The trend of medical accident dispute mentioned technical expertise have something with growing experience,the level of cognition,the level of injury,the level of expectations and the efficiency of working.Conclusions The trend of medical accident dispute mentioned technical expertise have negative correlation with growing experience,the level of cognition,and have positive correlation with the level of injury,level of expectations and the efficiency of working.
