摘要
为降低病人平均住院日和医疗费用,提高医院的社会效益和经济效益,对2009年的超长住院日情况进行分析,建议建立一套系统的联动机制,加强医疗质量管理,加强重点科室病种管理,建立预警报告制度,重视与患方的沟通,加快欠费和纠纷病例处理,推动医院又好又快发展。
To decrease average length of stay and medical cost,and increase social and economic efficiency,the authors investigated the status of extra length of stay in 2009 in certain hospital.Systemic mechanism were suggested to strengthen management of medical quality and specific department,build pre-alarm report system,emphasize the communication with patients,fasten the management of owe-fee and medical complaint case.
