Design and Application of the Subsidiary Management Information System for Anti-repudiation in Hospitals Medical Insurance

医保费用拒付已成为困扰医院各级人员的难题,为此,医院研制了一套医保费用防拒付辅助管理系统,并在临床上进行了全面应用。该系统极大减轻了医务人员的工作压力,节约了医保基金,促进了医患和谐,得到了地方医保部门和一线医护人员的肯定认可。

Medical insurance repudiation has become a difficult problem for medical management of all levels.Aiming at these problems,the author developed an assistant managing system for preventing reject of medical assurance charge,which had comprehensive application in the hospital.It has greatly reduced the pressure on medical staff,saved the fund for medical insurance,and improved the relationship between patients and our hospital.It is worth promoting because it won the acknowledgement of local medical assurance administration and support of clinical staff.
