摘要
在系统分析ERP发展历程、ERPⅡ管理思想特点、企业集成理论和企业信息化现状的基础上,结合实际提出了企业系统集成整体结构模型,并对模型中涉及的模块进行了基础分析,界定了各模块的功能结构和相互关系。建立了企业生产计划优化多目标规划(MOP)模型,并通过调研A集团的数据,对模型进行了仿真分析,实证结果表明,经过优化协调后的各项目标及资源约束均达到或超过目标值,各项工业指标都明显优于没有经过优化协调的实际值,模型具有推广应用价值。
