摘要
本论文提出建设一个统一的短信平台,实现我局所有业务系统的短信发送。根据省公司短信平台数据交换的接口规则,本短信平台采用数据库的存储过程和触发器实现短信自动发送和自动归档日志。通过建设统一的短信平台能够合理利用资源,减低建设成本,同时便于统一管理和维护。
This paper puts forward a unified SMS platform building for all business systems. Based on the interface rules for data exchange of the provincial company＇s SMS platform, the SMS platform used the stored procedures and triggers of database to achieve sending message and archiving logs automatically. By building the unified SMS platform, it used the resources reasonably and also reduced the construction costs, while the management and maintenance will be easier.
