摘要 目的探讨低能量He-NE激光氧液治疗肺炎患儿的价值。方法激光氧液以10%葡萄糖3~5ml/kg体重,He-Ne激光功率3毫瓦,氧流量2升/分钟,照射时间8分钟配制而成,静脉滴注速度每分钟30~40滴,每日50~100ml,3~5天为一疗程。结果对1997年1月~19998年10月住院期间胸片证实的256例肺炎患儿与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论此法对肺炎患儿治疗操作简易,正确可信。 Objectives To study treatment value of children with He-Ne low-energy laser oxidation infusion to pneumonia.Methods The basic copound of He-Ne laser oxidation infusion is 3~5ml/kg,10% glucose irraiated with 3mw He-Ne laser for 8 minutes with oxygen flow of 2 liters/min.Intravenous injection is limited to 30~40 drops/min,50~100ml per day and 3~5 days one course of treatment.Results From jan 1997 to October 1998,children hospitalized with pneumonia confirmed ty chest film and all those children had been measured by applying He-Ne low-energy laser oxidation infusion to treatment of 256 case pneumonia.To between control group there was remarkably significant difference ( P <0.01).Conclusions This method has the advantage of easy to perform and the result is quite credible,that it is used to be pneumonia treating.
