血小板参数正常范围的调查

Survey of normal range of platelet parameters

目的探讨血小板参数的正常范围。方法采用美国雅培公司ＣＤ－１６００全自动血液分析仪，对１１９０名正常男女静脉采血进行血小板及其参数的测定。结果男性ＰＬＴ１７０．７５±４４，ＭＰＶ１０．４７±１．８３，ＰＣＴ０．１９±０．０８，ＰＤＷ１８．０４±１．２８（％）；女性ＰＬＴ１８６．０５±３９．７３，ＭＰＶ１０．４８±１．８６；ＰＣＴ０．１９±０．１０，ＰＤＷ１８．０９±１．２３（％）。结论ＰＬＴ男女间有显著性差异，女性结果高于男性；ＭＰＶ男女之间有显著性差异，ＰＤＷ呈正态分布宽度，ＰＬＴ与ＭＰＶ呈负相关关系。

Objectives Analysis of normal range of platelet parameters.Methods we used CD-1600 automatic blood analyzer,which was made by American Abbott company,to measure 1190 mormal men′s and women′s venous platelets and their parameters.Results PLT for men were 170.75±44,MPV 10.47±1.83,PCT 0.19±0.08,PDW 8.04±1.28(%).PLT for women were 186.05±39.73,MPV 10.48±1.86,PCT 0.19±0.10,PDW 18.09±1.23(%).Conclusions there was a mabed difference between men and women on PLT.PLT of women was higher than that of men,and there was also an outstanding difference between men and women on MPV.PDW showed normal distribution width.PLT was inversely related to MPV.
