以太原煤气化公司煤矸石电厂为例,论述了制度化管理与精细化管理二者间的相互作用、相互关系,以及以制度化管理为基础推进精细化管理所带来的实效,提出了"制度化管理是精细化管理的基础"这一观点,并结合实际工作进行了剖析。

Taking the Gangue Power Plant of Taiyuan Coal Gasification Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper expounds the interaction and interrelationship between institutionalized management and refined management and the effects from the implementation of refined management based on institutionalized management,puts forward the opinion that institutionalized management is the foundation of refined management,and analyzes it with the practical work.
