摘要
目的提高病案服务质量,获得用户的需求满意。方法通过用户对病案信息需求3个特点、4个检索病案信息过程中的心理特征进行探讨分析。结果病案信息只有被充分利用,才能显示其自身价值。结论病案室工作人员只有充分理解用户对病案信息需求的迫切心理,才能为用户做好提供病案信息的工作。
Objective To improve the service quality of medical record in order to satisfy user requirements. Methods Through three features in process of retrieving medical record information,four dominate psychological characteristics of user requirements were analyzed. Results Only medical record information was fully utilized,its own value can be reflected. Conclusion: Medical record staff should thoroughly understand the urgent demands for medical record information of users in order to improve work quality.
