晚期妊娠引产失败分析

Analysis on Failed Induction of Labor of Late Pregnancy

目的分析某院10年间晚期妊娠引产失败的原因。方法对有高危因素具有阴道分娩条件的孕妇采用单纯催产素点滴引产或先后采用多种方法引产。结果引产失败的是宫颈不成熟、胎儿体重偏大、羊水过少、宫缩乏力产后出血,无新生儿窒息;结论引产并不增加母儿并发症,宫颈不成熟、羊水过少及胎儿体重偏大是引产失败的主要原因。

Objective To investigate the reasons for failed induction of labor of late pregnancy in a hospital during the past 10 years. Methods For high-risk gravida with vaginal delivery,pitocin intravenous infusion alone or multiple approaches were used for induction of labor. Results The reasons for failed induction of labor were as follows： unmatured cervix,bigger body weight for embryo,oligohydramnios,uterine inertia and postpartum hemorrhage,no neonatal asphyxia was found. Conclusion Induction of labor does not increase the maternal and neonatal complications,unmatured cervix,oligohydramnios and bigger body weight for embryo were the dominate factors contributing to failed induction of labor.
