摘要
临床实习是医学理论联系实际的桥梁,是培养和提高医学生运用所学理论进行逻辑思维与临床实践能力的重要阶段,在医学教学中起着承前启后的作用。临床实习的主要任务是帮助医学生把基础阶段所学习的理论知识应用于临床实践,培养他们分析问题、解决问题的能力,为以后工作打下坚实的基础。由于骨科教学内容繁多、概念抽象、专业性强而复杂、涉及面广、实践性强,新理论、新技术、新业务发展快,因此学生学习时普遍感到困难,学习相对被动,积极性不高。作者多年来从事骨科临床实习教学工作,积累了一定经验。
The multimedia teaching was analyzed from the many perspectives and the orthopedic clinical practice teaching experience by years. The teaching model is problem-based,to regulated the records writing ,basic operation and theory. Doctor-patient communication and awareness of medical students education have been attached importance,so it strengthens the teaching in orthopedics clinical practice.
