社会支持对A型性格冠心病患者治疗依从性的影响

Impact of Social Support on the Treatment Compliance of Type A Personality Coronary Heart Disease Patients

目的本研究调查A型性格冠心病患者的社会支持状况和对治疗的依从性,探讨社会支持与患者治疗依从性的相关性。方法采用社会支持量表对336例冠心病患者进行调查,所得资料用Excel软件建立数据库,应用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果336例冠心病患者中176例A型性格,依从性好的108例,社会支持总分51.55±6.21,其中家庭支持评分14.67±3.21,朋友支持评分28.36±3.20,其他支持评分13.96±2.3513。依从性差的68例,社会支持总分39.22±3.18,其中家庭支持评分9.37±1.46,朋友支持评分19.51±3.10,其他支持评分6.38±1.43。依从性好的患者社会支持评分明显高于依从性差的患者(P<0.01)。结论社会支持能减轻疾病的症状和发展或改变患者的行为,影响患者对治疗方案的选择,提高患者治疗的依从性,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the correlation among social support and treatment compliance of coronary heart disease（CHD） patients by surveying social support of type A personality and status of patients adherence to treatment.Methods An investigation in 336 CHD patients using the Social Support Scale was carried out.The database was established by Excel software and analyzed by SPSS 11.5.Results In 336 coronary heart disease cases,176 patients had type A personality.Among A-type personality patients,108 cases had good compliance.Social support of good compliance patients was 51.55±6.21,in which the family support score was 14.67±3.21,friend support score was 28.36±3.20 and additional support score was 13.96±2.3513.68 patients had poor compliance,social support of poor compliance patients was 39.22±3.18,including family support score 9.37±1.46,friend support score 19.51±3.10 and additional support score 6.38±1.43.For patients with good compliance,social support scores were significantly higher than those of poor compliance patients（P0.01）.Conclusion Social support can relieve the symptoms of the disease,develop or change behavior of patients and affect the choice of patients treatment,improve theirs treatment compliance and their quality of life.
