摘要
目的了解大学生日常生活所面临的压力、获得和利用社会支持的情况,以及日常生活压力、社会支持与焦虑状态三者之间的关系,为高校心理健康教育提供科学的依据。方法采用统一的调查量表,以目的抽样对长沙多所高校在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果①大学生的日常生活压力与焦虑水平呈显著正相关(r=0.386,P<0.01);②社会支持与焦虑情绪显著负相关(r=-0.304,P<0.01);③大学生的日常生活压力和社会支持显著负相关(r=-0.150,P<0.01);压力感(β=0.348,P<0.01)与社会支持(β=0.251,P<0.01)交互的影响焦虑水平。结论①日常生活压力对焦虑水平存在显著正相关,按照影响程度由大到小依次为:体能与生活压力、地位与经济压力、人际交往与就业压力、学习压力;②社会支持与焦虑情绪存在影响,按影响焦虑情绪程度由高到低依次为主观支持、客观支持和利用度;③大学生日常压力感、社会支持对焦虑情绪存在联合作用。
Objective To understand the daily life's pressures faced by college students the situation of accessing to and adopting social support,and the relationship between daily life stress,social support and anxiety,and provide a scientific basis for college mental health education.Methods Adopt unified investigation and make a questionnaire for most Changsha college students with the method of sampling.Results ①College students' daily life stress was positively related to anxiety level(r=0.386,P0.01).②Social support was significantly negatively correlated with anxiety(r=0.304,P0.01).③College students' daily life stress was significantly negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.150,P0.01).Interaction between pressure sense(β=0.348,P0.01) and social support(β=0.251,P0.012) influenced anxiety level.Conclusion ①Daily life stress is positively reated to anxiety level,which influences in decreasing order as follow:physical and daily life stress,status and economic pressures,interpersonal pressure,employment pressure,academic pressure.②Social support correlates with anxiety negatively which influences in decreasing order as follow:subjective support,objective support,and utilization.③College students' daily stress sense,social support and anxiety have a joint prediction.
